ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 4 business days using USPS. A flat rate shipping fee of $20 USD applies to orders shipping to the United States. 

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $20 USD flat rate shipping to all countries outside of the United States. 

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders over $75.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: All Countries Outside the United States. 

If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Expect longer delivery timelines (e.g. 8 to 20 days) for international shipping.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Esoteric Essence, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@esotericessence.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case but will try to work towards a satisfactory solution.
